Membership

Membership allows you to become involved in improving healthcare where it is important to you and your family

You can become a member of PELC if you are a) a GP practicing in the areas we provide our services (a “GP member”), or b) a patient over 16 years of age and on a GP practice patient group in the areas we provide our services (a “community member”). Membership allows you to become involved in improving healthcare where it is important to you and your family. By joining PELC’s membership scheme you will be able to:

  • ​Have a say on healthcare in your area
  • Attend the Annual General Meeting and other special members’ meetings
  • Vote on issues where required
  • Receive newsletters and other health information
  • Representation on PELC’s Stakeholder Group
  • Become a Member Champion

How can I sign up?

Becoming a member is easy – just download a form below and return it to PELC. To qualify you must be aged 16 or over and be resident in the three boroughs covering Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge and be a) a GP practicing in the areas we provide our services (a “GP member”), or b) a patient on a GP practice patient group in the areas we provide our services (a “community member”).
